Events

Event Organiser is a plugin for WordPress that allows staff to create and manage upcoming events.

The Event post type extends the general WordPress post to add additional details such as start and end date & time, venue, create recurring events and add the events into categories. Events can be displayed in a list by category or even plotted on a calendar-style layout that provides a visual plan of events.

Colour-coding event categories helps to show users which events may be of interest to them and makes it easier to navigate through them.
